PERSONAL TRAINING ONE TO ONE

We offer few different personal training one to one packages:

1/ FAT LOSS 12 WEEKS PROGRAM

 

This is a specified training program suported by the diet and supplement plans that will help you loose body fat quickly while maintaining your lean body mass.

2/ MUSCLE BUILDING 16 WEEKS PROGRAM

​

This is an exeptionally precise training programcrafted for those who aspire to enhance their lean muscle mass. It prioritazes high-intensity workouts centered around the most efficient biomechanical exercises, ultimately eliciting a swift anabolic responce that leads to muscle hypertrophy. This muscle building program also contains a coresponding dietary dietary and supplement programs which will allow for full muscle recovery and growth following intense workouts.

3/ SPORTS-SPECIFIC TRAINING 12 WEEKS PROGRAM

 

Designed for athletes in various sports, focusing on skills and conditioning relevant to their chosen discipline.

4/ HOME-BASED WORKOUTS

Personal training packages that cater for clints who prefer to exercise at home.

Since all our programs depend on clients' individual factors like fitness levels, body fat percentage, body type, genetic predispositions, possible food intolerances and alergies, number of training sessions per week, and clients' locations, we kindly ask you to contact us for more detailed information about prices.

  • You will have a 30 min. consultation with Nash

  • You will e-mail Nash all relevant information that he will ask for (your health state, medication (if any), food allergies and intolerances, your goals, etc.) and also your recent photos

  • Nash will e-mail you a detailed nutritional and supplement program taking into consideration all the information that you have provided him during the consultation and via e-mail

 TRAINING PROGRAMS - £180 (go to shop)

  • You will have a 30 min. consultation with Nash

  • You will e-mail Nash all relevant information that he will ask for (your health state, medication (if any), injuries, your goals, etc.) and also your recent photos

  • Nash will e-mail you a detailed training program taking into consideration all the information that you have provided him during the consultation and via e-mail

IN PERSON OR TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS - £250 (go to shop)

  • You will have a detailed conversation about your training, nutritional and supplement program

  • You will discuss your current state, your goals and the best ways to achieve them​

​

6 WEEKS ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING + NUTRITION PROGRAM - £850 (go to shop)

​

  • You will e-mail Nash all the relevant information that he will ask for (your health state, medications (if any), injuries, food allergies and intolerances, your goals etc.) and also your recent photos (front, back and side)

  • You will have a consultation (phone or Skype) with Nash

  • After the consultation Nash will e-mail you a complete detailed personalised training, nutrition and supplement programs

  • Every week you will send Nash an e-mail update about your progress that he will look at, correct and change if necessary and send you back

  • You can also speak with Nash once a week and talk about eventual problems and further adjustments regarding your training and nutrition

  • Every two weeks you will send Nash you new photos (front, back and side) so he can monitor your progress 

  • You will be directed to Nash's YouTube channel where you can learn how to perform every exercise in perfect form

  • You will receive The Ultimate Nutrition e-book and Weight Training e-book

12 WEEKS ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING + NUTRITION PROGRAM - £1500 (go to shop)

  • You will have a consultation (phone or Skype) with Nash

  • You can keep Nash updated via text message whenever needed

  • Every two weeks you will send Nash your new photos (from, back and side) so he can monitor your progress
